Even on the coldest winter days, a flock of Goldfinches brighten things up. My feeder is right outside my studio window and sometimes every perch is occupied by these small contentious birds--fluttering, squabbling and gobbling sunflower seeds.
I painted this, from a lucky catch photo, with gouache on 100% cotton rag Arches Cover paper, and I print it on the same paper with archival inks.
I sign, title, and number each print in this edition of 50. I can personalize to someone special-just add your request as a comment.
